Thank you for this I have a 13 year old into nature and wanted a tabletop fishing game we downloaded this for the chart but she wasn't doing a stop watch thing so we went with a a deck for Go Fish which was missing some cards so we numbered some through 15, tossed a 6 sided dice for the area shuffled and drew a card to determine the fish type. we are using it In conjunction with a game from shenbot and she loves it! https://alexandershen.itch.io/day-on-the-lake
Even if you never play the game itself, this is worth getting just for Captain Percival's Guide to the Sea as it is chocked full of inspiring pieces of worldbuilding that many folks likely overlook. Great fun to read and immediately getting implemented into my games going forward! Can't wait to give it a play too, as the usage of a stopwatch to emulate fishing is genuinely genius.

I'm currently working on an ocean expansion to my goblin game, and will be referencing this as a resource!
